In 2001, Charles ENSCH, Yves WALLERS and René ALTMANN, all three of whom had been established as chartered accountants since 1975, 1989 and 1970 respectively, decided to combine their skills to launch ewa, under the name of “Fiduciaire Ensch, Wallers et Associés SA”.
They then created Luxsalaires SA, acting as HR specialist, then Firelux SA, a domiciliation company, all in order to complete the group’s activities.
The departure of René ALTMANN in 2004 led to the arrival of Daniel REDING in 2005, then Marco FIEGER in 2007, both chartered accountants.
When Charles ENSCH left in 2010, the company changed its name to “EWA Fiduciaire S.A.”.
The year 2021 is a real milestone for ewa.
The acquisition of Fiduciaire Thill in Diekirch in June 2021 will strengthen ewa‘s market position and increase the group’s workforce to around 60 people.
Parallel to the departure of Daniel REDING at the end of 2021, André STEICHEN, Gilles WALLERS and Andy ZENNER, all three chartered accountants, will join the ewa management as new partners.
At the same time and in association with Charles BASSING, EWA Consulting S.A. is created.
This new entity expands the range of consulting and support services offered by the ewa-group.
At the beginning of 2022, Sam KRIES, Director of Luxsalaires SA since 2019, joins the team of partners of the group.
Today, the ewa-group consists of 6 companies and employs about 60 people, making it the largest accounting and consulting firm in the North of Luxembourg.
The services offered as well as the professionalism and experience of its employees are based on strong values such as quality, competence, dynamism, team spirit, proximity, respect and confidentiality.
These same values allow ewa to start its next major projects with confidence, such as a planned move to a new multifunctional complex that will enrich the economic fabric of the future Nordstad.
« As the Number One in the north of the country, with a dynamic, competent, and pro-active team, we offer quality services to support our clients in their projects and ambitions and thus build customer loyalty and growth. »
